Parent-Child Therapy Clinic, Inc. is seeking an Associate Therapist in Ventura, CA to provide evidence-based therapy for children and families, including PCIT, with supervision and mentoring. The role is in-person within our clinic and offers qualified supervision for PCIT certification while joining a collaborative team.

We welcome bilingual Spanish/English applicants and provide extensive training, plus a clinical caseload and administrative support to focus on quality care.

Qualifications

We are seeking motivated Associate Therapists who are eager to build strong clinical skills, receive exceptional supervision, and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in child and family mental health.

About the Position

As an Associate Therapist, you will:

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, caregivers, and families, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

• Work in fully furnished, purpose-built PCIT treatment rooms equipped to support high-quality clinical care

• Receive ongoing mentorship and opportunities for advanced training from experienced supervisors

• Have the opportunity to pursue PCIT certification under the supervision of a dully Certified PCIT Therapist, Within Agency Trainer, and Regional Trainer-in-Training

• Collaborate with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence

This is anin-person, clinic-based positionlocated in Ventura, California.

Employment Details

• Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position
