Job summary

Mind Chicago, PC is seeking a Full-Time Child & Family Therapist to provide in-person therapy to children aged 2-15 and their parents, requiring an Illinois license. The role involves maintaining a robust caseload, attending weekly consultations, and participating in essential trainings.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, with a $2500 sign-on bonus and various perks such as health care benefits and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-graduate therapy experience.
• Licensed in Illinois as a clinician.
• Experience in individual and group therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 17 billed clients per week.
• Book 20+ clients per week, generally working about 32 hours.
• Participate in regular consultations and training.
