Job summary

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, is seeking a PCD Hanger for the Beatrice, NE facility. This role supports the paint line by hanging parts, performing visual quality checks, and moving heavy items with hoists or forklifts.

The position operates on second shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) with a starting pay of $20.22 plus $2.00 shift differential for $22.22 per hour overall. Applicants should be able to follow standard work, communicate clearly, and maintain a clean, safe workplace while

• Ability to perform essential duties with minimal supervision.
• Follow standard work and procedures consistently.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Hang (unhangs) parts on paint line carriers according to standard work or procedures.
• Perform visual check on all parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate electric or pneumatic hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts.
• Use pallet jack or forklift to move parts to storage areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and participate in 5S initiatives.

What will you do?

• Hang (unhangs) parts on paint line carriers according to standard work or procedures
• Perform visual check on all parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate electric or pneumatic hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts in advance of assembly
• Use pallet jack or forklift to move parts to storage areas
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiatives
• Perform daily inspections of equipment within area of responsibility to ensure all equipment is in safe working order
• Strive to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards
• Continually seek to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of product
• Ability to learn a variety of different product lines
• Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved
• Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
