Job summary

Exmark, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is a division of The Toro Company and a leading manufacturer of commercial mowers for landscape professionals. This position is part of the Beatrice production team on the 1st shift (6:00am–2:00pm), offering a stable, hands-on career path.

You will perform assembly duties, follow standard work, use power tools, maintain a safe workplace, and learn multiple stations as you grow with Exmark.

Qualifications

• Should be able to follow standard work and procedures.
• Some technical knowledge is required.
• Experience using power tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties to produce a finished product.
• Prepare work by gathering parts, tools, and materials per instructions.
• Bolt, screw, clip, or fasten parts using hand tools (electric/pneumatic).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following 5S and related rules.
• Learn and operate at multiple assembly stations.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:

• Performing assembly duties to produce a finished product.
• Preparing work by following standard work instructions; gathering parts, tools, and materials.
• Bolting, screwing, clipping or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiative.
• Learning a variety of different assembly stations.

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Experience in using power tools helpful.
