Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience performing PCBA rework.
• Good English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support rework processes using PCBA rework equipment.
• Order replacement parts as needed.
• Enter rework data into MES as required.
• Inspect reworked components using equipment like microscope or x-ray.
• Set up and support rework machine operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations during operations.
• Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

Skills

PCBA rework experience

Use of rework equipment

Knowledge of solder paste and flux

Familiarity with ESD, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610 standards

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Tools

SRT or AirVac equipment
