Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for PCBA in Starlink, helping to establish new manufacturing and test processes for high-volume user terminals. You will support NPI builds, load automated equipment, and triage issues to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science.
• 1+ years of SMT/PCBA assembly equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers.
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment.
• Triage non-conforming products and drive corrective actions.
• Resolve production issues maintaining design integrity, quality and timelines.
• Validate processes on new models under aggressive timelines.
• Ensure smooth transition of products from development to volume production.
• Identify yield, performance, and cost improvements.
• Define maintenance schedules and support activities.
