The position includes documenting results, managing non-conformances, and collaborating with production and engineering to reduce repeat defects and improve yields.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer skills.
• Able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Visual Inspection: Examine bare boards under magnification for workmanship defects.
• Defect Detection: Check for missing solder mask and features meeting spec.
• Coating and Surface Checks: Inspect for scratches, warpage, pitting and coatings quality.
• Quality Documentation: Record inspection results and maintain quality logs.
• Non-Conformance Management: Tag and report defective materials or parts.
• Collaboration: Work with production and engineering to address defects and improve yields.
