Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking Electronics Final Inspectors in Mount Pleasant, PA to inspect PCB parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with quality requirements. The role includes basic inspections, data entry into MES, and supporting nonconforming material disposition.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (associate preferred), 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of IPC-610/J-STD-001. Excellent attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Beginner level knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Beginner level knowledge ERP and MES systems.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, process sheets, specifications and instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Detailed review of PCB components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.
• Perform acceptance activities according to quality plans, procedures, and instructions.
• Perform basic inspections as part of acceptance activities and escalate complex cases.
• Record results of inspection activities in the MES and other systems.
• Support identification and disposition of nonconforming material.
• Report quality problems to appropriate personnel and adhere to team requirements.
