Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing PCB testing.
• Ability to follow complex instructions.
• Proficient with Excel; FileMaker a plus.

• Ability to record testing results per procedures.
• Capable of lifting and moving equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• SMT process support (printing, PnP/reflow; vendor work possible).
• Execute tests (drop test, thermal cycling, shear/pull strength).
• Cross-sectioning (potting, dicing, grinding, polishing).
• Measurement and analysis (X-ray, microscope).
• Lab maintenance and coordinating with vendors.
