Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Test Lab Equipment Operator. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and involves PCB testing with semi-automated equipment, data entry, and documenting test results.

You will help set up test stations, maintain fixtures, and assist engineering teams on qualification runs. Responsibilities include SMT support, various tests, cross-sectioning, measurement via X-ray or microscope, and general lab upkeep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is the minimum entry requirement.
• Experience with PCB testing and recording results is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word; FileMaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SMT process support (printing, PnP/reflow; vendor programming possible).
• Perform tests (drop, thermal cycling, shear/pull) and machine setup.
• Cross-sectioning (potting, dicing, grinding, polishing).
• Measurement and analysis (X-ray, microscope).
• Lab maintenance and equipment coordination; assist vendors.
