Job summary

The role requires organizing stock, labeling items clearly, and ensuring traceability to minimize discrepancies. First shift is from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with on-site work in a manufacturing stockroom environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience handling inventory in a production setting; PCB/electronics knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices: receiving, storing, issuing, tracking.
• Ability to perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Proficiency in picking, packing, and kitting components for production.
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs and work orders.
• Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records.
• Effective communication to report shortages and issues.
• Organizational skills to keep a well-structured stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store PCB materials and components in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory by updating stock levels and cycle counts.
• Issue parts to production based on work orders and pick lists.
• Organize and label stockroom items for easy access and traceability.
• Pick and assemble components into production kits per work orders.
• Cross-check kits against BOMs before delivery to production.
• Deliver complete kits to production floor in a timely manner.
• Communicate shortages and discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Support inventory control processes and stock adjustments.
• Assist with packing and handling materials as needed.
