Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Soldermask Screener to process PCB panels through soldermask, legend and screening steps according to SOPs. The role requires setting up and operating the DP1500 coating machine and maintaining quality with timely documentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of PCB screening experience. The position is a 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) with potential weekend overtime and full-time hours in California.

Qualifications

• 1 year screening experience for PCB manufacturing.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process PCB panels through soldermask and screening steps per SOPs.
• Check travelers for due date, material type, and priority before screening.
• Set up and operate DP1500 soldermask coating machine.
• Manually screen legend, soldermask, and carbon ink.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with maintenance.
• Inform managers of potential problems and avoid scrap.
