Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of soldering miniature components, experience with microscopes, and a willingness to obtain J‑STD‑001 Class III certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of soldering experience on miniature electronics and PCBs.
• Proficient micro-soldering with consistent high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair electronic faults.
• Experience using microscopes, tweezers, and micro-soldering tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for soldering environments.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; J-STD-001 Class III preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise soldering on electronic components and PCBs with high quality.
• Read and implement assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Inspect finished products to meet strict quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve designs and processes.
