Job summary

Sierra Circuits in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Screening Operator to join our PCB manufacturing team. You will process PCB panels through Solder Mask prep and related screening steps, following travelers and SOPs, on the swing shift (2PM–10:30PM), Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include checking travelers, operating the DP1500 coating machine, manual screening, and performing weekly maintenance while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in PCB screening preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Check travelers for due date, material type, process instructions and work priority.
• Complete screening tasks promptly and document results.
• Operate DP1500 coating machine and related screening tasks.
• Manually screen legend, Solder Mask, Peel-able Solder Mask and carbon ink.
• Perform weekly machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe workspace.
• Stand/walk 8+ hours daily and be available for weekends.
