Job summary

Sierra Circuits is seeking a Screening Operator in Sunnyvale, CA. The role covers solder mask prep, legend printing, and related screening tasks on the 2PM–10:30PM swing shift, Tuesday through Saturday. You will follow travelers and SOPs, document work, and help maintain a clean, safe manufacturing floor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 3–5 years in PCB screening, strong reading comprehension, and good communication. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in PCB screening preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and SOPs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Check travelers for due date, material type, process instructions and work priority.
• Complete screening tasks and document promptly.
• Set up and operate DP1500 coating machine for Solder Mask and related tasks.
• Manually screen legend, Solder Mask, Peel-able Solder Mask and carbon ink.
• Perform weekly PM and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Inform Managers of potential problems.
• Stand/walk 8+ hours; weekend availability.
