Qualifications

• Strong understanding of printed circuit board testing procedures.
• Experience reading prints, schematics, and manufacturing documents.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering with specialization in PCB technologies.
• Effective communication with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair failures; diagnose root cause and recommend corrective action.
• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
• Train Repair and Test Technicians on new and existing testing procedures.

Skills

Manual soldering skills (Thru‑Hole, SMT, leadless, BGAs)

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in testing

Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610/J‑STD‑001 standards

Experience with oscilloscopes and DVM

Education

2-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
