Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota is hiring a Production Inspector to perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies to ensure quality. You will work from process sheets, verify paperwork, and follow strict procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic electronics manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate inspection equipment under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in basic electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with AOI / PIR is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Read Process Sheets and follow written instructions for quality checks.
• Inspect components, soldering, markings, and related quality criteria across technologies.
• Obtain relevant paperwork and verify dates for each assignment.
