Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of relevant production or quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (Circuit boards/Electrical).
• QC certification required.
• Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a related degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and visual instructions.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the manufacturing line while maintaining high quality standards.
• Perform routine inspection procedures at various production stages.
• Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for QA conformance.
• Read and follow visual aids, notices, and procedures to determine acceptance.
• Report to Manufacturing Supervisor or designated supervisor.
• Follow standardized written directions for QA tasks.
• Visually inspect products using magnification, lot sampling, first article checks, and AOI machines.
• Enter pass/fail data into MES systems.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and policies.
