Job summary

Rocket EMS, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician responsible for supporting and improving PCB assembly production. The role involves monitoring processes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process support.
• Familiarity with SMT, through-hole, reflow, and soldering processes.
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret process documentation prior to production.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust processes to meet IPC standards.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues, including solder paste and reflow.
• Train and mentor operators on process execution.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
