Amphenol is seeking a Supervisor, Process Engineering in Nashua, NH to lead a team focused on optimizing PCB manufacturing workflows, improving yields, and ensuring quality standards. You will mentor engineers, drive CAPA, support NPI, and champion continuous improvement across IPC/ISO/NADCAP frameworks.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years’ process engineering and 1-3 years in a supervisory role, plus strong problem solving and leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in process engineering.
• 3+ years in team lead or supervisory roles in manufacturing.
• Strong problem solving, communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with PCB/semiconductor manufacturing and IPC standards.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification or training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate day-to-day performance of a process engineering team.
• Assign projects, set goals, monitor milestones, and ensure accountability.
• Promote continuous learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with resource planning, performance reviews, and hiring.
• Oversee PCB fabrication processes across wet/dry processing and imaging.
• Lead CAPA efforts for yield losses, returns, or scrap spikes.
• Maintain SOPs and standard work; support NPI transitions.
• Lead Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste.
