Job summary

Sanmina is seeking a lab technician to join our PCB/PCBA FA lab, performing tests to support process development, product quality, and failure analysis. You will work in a fast-paced, technically focused environment.

Responsibilities include thermal analysis (TMA, DSC, TGA), imaging, sample prep, troubleshooting open/shorts, and data entry. Requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and willingness to overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related FA lab experience.
• 2-year degree preferred in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science; combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal analysis (TMA, DSC, TGA) and mechanical tests.
• Assist engineers with PCB/PCBA sample preparation for failure analysis.
• Troubleshoot board open/shorts and perform thermal imaging.
• Enter data into computer systems and support general lab assignments.
