Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Material Qualification Lead & Special Projects professional to drive PCB material qualification projects and EOL transitions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to assess qualification data, maintain records, and ensure compliance with IPC and customer requirements. The role emphasizes process changes, PCN workflows, and strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to sustain product quality and supply chain integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of materials and specifications experience in PCB, electronics or related manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, qualification plans, and test reports.
• Knowledge of PCB materials, manufacturing processes, and IPC/AS standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, IPC-2221).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate material qualification projects for PCB raw materials.
• Review, analyze, and interpret test reports and qualification data for material acceptability.
• Maintain qualification records and ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.
• Manage UL planning and UL database management.
• Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) notifications and coordinate with Purchasing and sites for mitigation.
• Serve as quality liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
