Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Management leader to drive material qualification, EOL tracking, and supplier quality for PCB manufacturing. You will manage qualification plans, review test data, and maintain compliance with IPC and customer specs across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and strong communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time product readiness. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of materials and specifications experience in the PCB, electronics or related manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, qualification plans, and test reports.
• Strong knowledge and experience with PCB materials and IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, IPC-2221).

Responsibilities

• Lead material qualification projects for PCB raw materials and maintain qualification records.
• Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) notifications and coordinate mitigation strategies with purchasing and sites.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison between internal supply chain and external suppliers.
• Drive PCN workflow, assess impact of changes on product quality, and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Coordinate customer notifications related to material changes and quality events.
