Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in West Chicago, IL is seeking dependable 3rd Shift Manufacturing Associates to join its production team. You'll operate manufacturing equipment, load and position circuit boards, set up machines, and help ensure quality in a fast-paced PCB environment.

Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour with a $1.25 shift differential, on a 3rd shift, Mon-Fri, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience is helpful.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally handle up to 50 lbs.
Work environment may include noise, dirt, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

Operating manufacturing and production equipment.
Loading, positioning, and removing circuit board panels.
Setting up machines and preparing materials for production.
Inspecting finished or processed parts for quality.
Performing basic equipment checks and minor maintenance.
Using hand tools and production-related equipment.
Preparing materials for multilayer circuit board production and lamination.
Assisting with plating, screening, drilling, pressing, or other PCB manufacturing processes.
Following established production procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Keeping your work area clean and organized.
Communicating equipment or production issues to your supervisor.
