Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time PCB Integration Engineer at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. The role bridges product design and external PCB suppliers to ensure technologies are integrated, validated, optimized, and manufacturable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, CE or related field with ≥5 years hardware experience.
Expertise in architecture, integration, validation and troubleshooting of a hardware domain.
Knowledge of hardware interfaces, electrical requirements and protocols.
Experience characterizing component performance across operating conditions.
Understanding of power, thermal, and signal integrity considerations.
Ability to collaborate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, quality, supplier and program teams.
Experience leading supplier technical activities to improve product quality and manufacturability.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and influence skills.

Responsibilities

Lead PCB and FPC bring-up, integration, and manufacturing improvements.
Serve as primary interface between Garmin design teams and component vendors.
Collaborate with design, mechanical, and product teams to ensure robust integration.
