Job summary

Techneeds LLC in Salem, NH is seeking two Incoming Electronics Quality Control Inspectors to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will visually inspect PCB assemblies and components, read drawings, and verify tolerances to IPC-A-610 standards, ensuring products meet customer specifications.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 2+ years of SMT/THT inspection experience, plus experience with microscopes, measurement tools, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience inspecting SMT and THT board assemblies with IPC acceptance criteria.
• Ability to inspect assemblies visually using a microscope at 10-20X magnification.
• Skilled in reading engineering drawings and interpreting tolerance specifications.
• Experienced in component identification and verification.
• Capable of documenting inspection findings thoroughly and accurately.
• Proficient with inspection tools and measurement devices.
• Good communication, computer, and analytical skills.
• IPC-A-610 certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
• AOI experience preferred but not a must have.

Responsibilities
