Sierra Circuits in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Fabrication Operator - Trainee to process PCB panels across multiple fabrication steps, following travelers and blueprints under supervision.

The role requires 2-6 years of PCB fabrication exposure, CNC knowledge, and precise measurement with calipers. Expect a swing shift and a competitive hourly rate with full-time benefits in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-6 years experience as a fabrication operator for PCB manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC processes is a must.
• Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.
• Proficient in using calipers and computer-based PCB software.

Responsabilidades

• Check traveler for due date and priority before starting the process.
• Set up and operate fabrication machines (e.g., Excellon, Hitachi, Bevel Mate) per travelers.
• Use caliper and V-score checker to inspect First Article per customer drawings.
• Ensure first article dimensions meet specs and adjust as needed.
• Log job status in PCB software (ProCim) and file NCMR forms for rejects.
• Maintain inventory of rout bits and entry stocks; perform daily machine maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and report potential problems to management.
