Pro-Active Engineering, Inc. in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking General Production/Assembly Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to support electronics PCB assembly.

Responsibilities include hand insertion of components, wire prep, testing boards, and box build assembly with attention to quality and safety. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC and electronics assembly is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Follow assembly process documentation to meet requirements.
• Manually insert through-hole components per IPC Class 2 standards.
• Program and test circuit boards; perform box build assembly as needed.
