Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a skilled PCB design engineer to create and modify PCB layouts using KiCad, focus on component placement and multi‑layer routing, and generate Gerber files for manufacturing.

You will perform design rule checks, troubleshoot issues, review complex designs, and document detailed PCB workflows. Must have KiCad access, screen recording capability, and strong English (B2+); the role also supports AI electronics projects by clarifying workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using KiCad software.
• Experience with PCB layout and schematic capture.
• Good understanding of routing and PCB design rules.
• Ability to create and review complex PCB designs.
• Access to KiCad and screen recording capabilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to clearly explain technical workflows.
