Job summary

American IT Systems in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to lead ECAD work from schematics through Gerber, with emphasis on high‑speed digital, analog and RF boards.

You will perform Cadence Allegro design, constrain routing, ensure proper layer stackups and power planes, and coordinate with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver manufacturable products.

A mandatory requirement is experience with Cadence Allegro V17.2/17.4.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB ECAD design using Cadence Allegro V17.2 / 17.4 (Mandatory).
• Strong design knowledge from schematics to Gerber.
• Experience in Digital, Analog & Mixed signal designs.
• Knowledge on High speed interfaces such as SATA, DDR4, DDR5, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, PMIC.
• Good knowledge in Industry standards and manufacturing.

• Experience in Constraints editor System,
• Strong Design knowledge from schematics to Gerber.
