Job summary

Crossroadsstaffing is seeking a Tape and Reel Operator (PCB Bakeout) for the Moorpark, CA area. The role focuses on preparing electronic components for production, including counting, inspecting, labeling, and packaging using tape-and-reel equipment.

The ideal candidate will oversee oven baking, set temperature ranges around IPC standards, verify part numbers, maintain labeling and traceability, and ensure a clean, ESD-safe work environment. 40 hours Mon-Thu 6:00 am–4:30 pm, $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with small electronic components.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electronic components by counting, inspecting, labeling, and packaging.
• Set up and operate tape-and-reel equipment and ovens per IPC specs.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, orientation, and packaging requirements.
• Maintain labeling, traceability, and ESD controls in a clean area.
• Document production and inspection results accurately.
