Job summary

Benchmark is seeking personnel for PCB and systems assembly in a factory setting in Concord, CA. The role requires following assembly prints, operating basic production equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will support line changeovers, assist in training others, and help ensure continuous quality across processes. The position is full-time with a shift that supports a 24/7 global operation as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and follow PCB assembly prints and specs.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety practices.
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Learn tasks associated with PCB and systems assembly.
• Support line changeovers and maintain equipment.
• Mentor and assist lesser qualified operators.
• Ensure quality, monitor charts and report issues.
• Identify feeders and cross-reference part numbers.
