Job summary

Priority Personnel, LLC seeks an Assembly II for a full-time, temp-to-hire position in New Braunfels, Texas. Pay rate is $17.16/hour with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00am to 4:30pm. The role requires reading BOMs, assembling and testing products, and soldering components.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, soldering experience, ability to read schematics and engineering docs, and basic math skills. Mechanical aptitude and color-detection ability are also required.

• Soldering experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, prints, and engineering docs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Read BOM and pick materials for scheduled work orders.
• Operate machines and tools to assemble and test products.
• Read process sheets and assemble boards/units for standard and custom orders.
• Solder parts and wires to PC boards and complete re-work.
