Job summary

Clayton Services is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician (PCB Assembly & Soldering) to join a thriving manufacturing team in Northwest Houston. The position focuses on assembling, soldering, testing, calibrating and troubleshooting PCBs and PCBA assemblies to meet strict quality standards.

This temp-to-hire role offers pay rates of $20.00–$24.00 per hour plus overtime, with benefits after the temporary period and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement with engineering and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IPC-A-610 certification strongly preferred.
• Class 3 soldering experience preferred.
• 2+ years electronics assembly or soldering preferred.
• Experience with SMT and through-hole rework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products per instructions and drawings.
• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering on PCBs.
• Conduct PCB/PCBA rework, repair, and modifications.
• Test using multimeters and verify function.
• Maintain records and ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements in assembly/testing.
