Job summary

Mycronic is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the PCB Assembly Solutions Division in the Harrisburg area. You will install, service, and repair Mycronic PCBA systems, interfacing with customers to ensure high-quality outcomes and uptime.

The role requires 3+ years in SMT or robotics, hands-on hardware/software skills, and a valid driver’s license. Expect 50–75% travel and close collaboration with sales and support teams to solve complex issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years related experience and/or training in surface mount technology or robotics.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Mycronic products at customer sites and company facilities.
• Install and set up PCB assembly systems and software at customer facilities.
• Maintain service records and warranty documentation accurately.
• Provide on-site and remote support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel 50–75% as required to support customers and installations.
• Escalate issues to management and coordinate with sales team when needed.
