Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading and following assembly prints and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/write.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows assembly prints, work instructions and specifications for PCB manufacturing.
• Identifies workmanship defects and suggests basic improvements to work instructions.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and accurate material control.
• Assembles PCBs, components and modules from samples and process sheets.
• Mentors less skilled employees and supports team goals.
• Performs self-inspection of work and follows documentation.
