Job summary

Lilly is building an advanced API manufacturing site in Lebanon, Indiana. The Process Control and Automation Engineer (PCAE-BMS/HVAC) will develop, implement, verify and qualify BMS/HVAC automation solutions to support GMP manufacturing operations.

The role includes upgrading software/hardware, maintaining documentation, and delivering projects on time while collaborating with the process team and ensuring GMP compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer sciences is required.
• 5+ years of automation engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a BMS/HVAC Controls automation engineer (JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, Andover).

Responsibilities

• Keep documentation package up to date for automation applications.
• Follow GMP standards and procedures.
• Work with process team as a participating member.
• Develop system requirements and designs.
• Manage and develop code in a GMP compliant manner.
• Deliver projects on time.
• Execute changes and resolve issues to keep systems up-to-date and reliable.
