Lutheran Services Carolinas is hiring PCA/CNA staff for Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons, NC. Positions are full-time or part-time with starting wages around $14 per hour, plus shift differentials for evenings and nights.

Daily Pay options are available and a Nurse Tuition Program may be offered to eligible teammates. Evening, night, and weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience as PCA or CNA preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Shift Details

• Full Time and Part Time positions available.
• Starting at $14per hour
• $2/ hr. shift diff for (11p-7a) 3rd shift.
• $3/hr. shift diff for (3p-11p) 2nd shift
• $4/hr. Weekend Only shift diffs for all shifts
• First (7a-3p), Second (3p-11p) & Third (11p-7a) shifts available!
• We also Offer 12-hour shifts!
• Every other Weekend is Required

Nurse Tuition Program

Lutheran Services Carolinas has a NEW Nurse Tuition Program available!

“Nurse Tuition Program: available to any teammate who has been accepted into a community college nursing program. Tuition fully covered after other applicable grants or scholarships. Teammates must work for a senior facility a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Teammates must apply to administrator at least 4 weeks prior to start of semester.”
