Responsibilities

• Encouraging medication compliance through timely reminders to take medications
• Supervising the safety of the patient/client when bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Assisting with grocery-shopping and performing light housekeeping chores
• Arrives at the client’s home on time and leaves when shift is complete
• Performs duties accurately and maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Observes infection control procedures and reports abnormal findings
• Adheres to company standards, policies, and maintains a positive image
• Demonstrates flexibility, effective communication, and punctuality
• Provides required documentation and complies with standards

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
