• Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.

Position Summary

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) plays a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities and enhancing their physical and emotional comfort. Working collaboratively with nurses and the health center team, PCAs help ensure residents receive attentive, respectful, and high‑quality care.
