Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.

• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse.
• Encourage adequate nutrition and hydration; assist with meals as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to nursing staff.
