Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal Care Support: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
- Mobility Assistance: Aid clients in moving around safely, using mobility aids if necessary, and ensure they are comfortable and secure.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement in activities.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly check and report changes in clients' conditions (e.g., mobility, mood, health), ensuring communication with staff as necessary.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying up, and ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
- Medication Reminders: Assist clients in adhering to their prescribed medication schedules and maintaining medication lists.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers regarding care plans and progress.
- Documentation: Accurately document services provided, including daily care notes and any significant changes in clients' conditions.
- Respect for Privacy: Uphold the dignity and privacy of clients at all times, maintaining confidentiality and respect for their personal space and preferences.
