Regency Home HealthCare in Kasson, MN is seeking a compassionate personal care attendant (PCA) for part-time, daytime hours to assist clients with daily living activities.

Willing to train; must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring clients receive their medication on time.
• Supporting clients with ambulation, physical therapy exercises, and respiratory assistance.
• Assisting clients bathe, groom, and dress to maintain personal hygiene.
• Helping with shopping and errands; prepare and eat meals.
• Completing basic housekeeping to keep a clean environment.
• Acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

Job Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)

Schedule: mostly daytime hours Monday through Friday

Location: Kasson, MN (in residential home of client)

Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (*both REQUIRED*)

Job Description: WILLING TO TRAIN! We are looking for a competent personal care attendant (PCA) who is polite and a good communicator to assist client(s) with day-to-day activities and tasks such as mobility support, exercises, hygiene, and light household chores.
