National Home HealthCare Inc. in the Twin Cities area is hiring compassionate Caregivers/PCA/HHA/CNA's to support clients in St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Woodbury, and Oakdale.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with flexible schedules, paid training, and a referral program.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, bathing, meals, shopping, light housekeeping, and providing emotional support; a valid driver's license and TB screen are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as personal care assistant (Preferred)
• Committed to health & safety
• Able to do housework and cooking
• Well-organized and reliable
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive and compassionate attitude
• Strong ethics
• Valid driver’s license
• Negative TB screening results (within the last 3 months)
• Must pass background check with DHS.

Responsibilities

• Support clients who can’t move on their own
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc.
• Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
• Help customers with their shopping
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

We have flexible schedules that are perfect for college students, those looking for a second job, stay-at-home moms looking to make some extra money while kids are at school, and those who want to work full-time.

Pay: $17 - $21 depending on experience.

Higher rates of pay available for more hours and willingness to travel to several clients!
