The Arbors of Bedford, an all-memory care community, is looking for compassionate LNAs/PCAs to join our team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Attendant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid LNA/PCA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
