Starting Pay Rates:

Companionship — $14.00/hr
PCA — $15.00/hr
CNA — $16.50/hr
Nursing Assistant — $15.50/hr

Plus, receive a $0.50 raise after completing training!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Performing light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and dressing assistance
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments
• Helping families learn safe care techniques

Qualifications:

• PCA/CNA certification required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to interpret care plans
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Must be reachable by phone or email
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
