Competitive Pay Rates:

• Companion Caregiver: $14.00/hr
  
  
• PCA: $15.00/hr
  
  
• CNA: $16.50/hr
  
  
• Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide companionship and engaging conversation to brighten clients’ days.
Assist with personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Light housekeeping — laundry, changing linens, tidying up.
Help clients choose clothes and get ready for the day.
Prepare and plan meals.
Provide medication reminders to help clients stay on track with their health needs.
Assist with transportation — take clients to appointments and run errands.
Support families by offering caregiving best practices and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

• CNA license or PCA certification
  
  
• A compassionate heart and respect for seniors
  
  
• Ability to follow care plans and provide quality service
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  
  
• Comfort with small pets
  
  
• Strong communication and reliability
  
  
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  
  
• Dementia care or senior care experience (a huge plus!)
  
  
• Must pass a background check
