Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a PCA/Instructional Aide for the 2026/2027 school year in Langhorne, PA. The role supports special needs students with behavioral and academic activities under the guidance of a case manager and teacher.

Responsibilities include assisting with instruction, health and safety, feeding, toileting, positioning, and monitoring health conditions, and helping prepare students for mainstreamed classes while maintaining records and participating in trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid Certificate including CPR.
• TB test clearance.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction as directed by teacher to individuals or small groups in a variety of areas.
• Assist teacher in maintaining health and safety of students.
• Assist students with personal hygiene and toileting.
• Monitor and control student behavior per guidelines.
• Prepare students for mainstreamed classes.
