• Maintain patient confidentiality and support unit safety.
• Demonstrate teamwork, communication, adaptability, and accountability.
• Coach peers and support candidates during interviews.
• Orient patients and families to hospital services; share unit updates.
• Identify hazards and elevate safety concerns as needed.
• Provide patient comfort and hygiene and document per policy.
