Vibra Life Mechanicsburg is hosting a PCA hiring event for part-time and full-time opportunities. The event runs on 10/29/2026 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at 707 Shepherdstown Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

Join our Vibra Life team and support residents with daily living activities in a rehabilitation center and senior living community. Positions include Day, Evening, and Night shifts with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of Nurse Aide experience or equivalent will be considered.
• Current, valid CNA certification preferred in state of employment.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Phlebotomy and ECG training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, activity programs, housekeeping and dining services to support residents’ health, welfare, safety and independence.
• Implement resident services as directed by the care plan and supervisory staff.
• Support a safe, clean, and qualified care environment.

Positions Available (8 Hour Shifts):

Part Time Day Shift: 7am - 3pm

Full or Part Time Evening Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Part Time Night Shift: 11pm - 7am

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsibilities

The PCA is responsible for the implementation of resident services by assisting with activities of daily living, activity programs, housekeeping services and dining services. The provision of these services must be performed to ensure the health, welfare, safety and independence of our residents is of primary concern.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Phlebotomy training and ECG training preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
